Make Bath Time Fun! at Propel Swim Academy: Bath time is a great way to help kids feel comfortable in the water. Start with fun water toys, like rubber ducks or rings, to help your child get used to floating and putting their face in the water. You can also show them how to blow bubbles, which helps them learn to hold their breath. If blowing bubbles isn’t an option yet, you can teach them to hold their breath by pouring water over their head while they close their eyes and mouth. Playing games and showing excitement helps kids feel more relaxed in the water. Bath time can be a fun way to practice what they learn in swim lessons.
