Please Note:

• You may stop your lessons at anytime. By withdrawing, your child(ren) will be removed from their swim class.
• The above Withdrawal Form is required and must be submitted online through our website to be removed from the schedule and stop payments.
• Verbal withdrawal notifications are not valid.
• You will receive an email verifying that we have received your request.
• Accounts are charged on the 1st of the month.
• There are no refunds.
• To avoid being charged for the next month you must submit the above Withdrawal Form by the 15th of the previous month. (For example: If you wish to stop your lessons for May, you will need to submit your form by April 15th)
• We would love to have you back at anytime! If you return within the same year of withdrawal, you will not be charged the annual Membership fee again.
• Privacy Agreement: Propel Swim Academy will protect your privacy by not sharing your email address, cookies or IP address with anyone. All forms stay with us.
